• Late night brings rare Hawksbill, Green and Olive Ridley sea turtles as they crawl up the beach to lay their eggs
• Wild rainbow-colored scarlet macaws feed on the seeds of almond trees at the jungle’s edge
• Organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, grown at Jungle Al’s, are always on the menu with the evening meal of fresh-caught fish from local Costa Rican fishermen.
• Cooking at Jungle Al’s can be a participatory experience; bring your catch of the day or new recipes to share. Guest cooks are always welcome!
